At Ramco you would be part of a close-knit conservative team, working for a technologically advanced manufacturing company, selling metal roofing, and building materials.
We are looking for a machine operator to assist in the manufacturing process.
The machine operator's responsibilities include keeping the production area clean, preparing machinery and equipment for use, working the production line as instructed, and strictly following health and safety guidelines.
To be successful as a machine operator you should be able to work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy.
An outstanding machine operator should be able to maintain production standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality.
This position will have room for growth and advancement.
If you are interested in maintenance or have a background in maintenance tasks that is preferred as this role may require this skillset.
Responsibilities:
Production of Metal Roofing & Siding.
Set up tooling and production software to produce accurate orders.
Keep work area clean and organized.
Perform daily operator preventive maintenance checks, as assigned.
Provide attention to detail and quality control.
Skills:
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Be able lift 60
pounds.
Able to twist, bend, and reach to perform job duties.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to problem solve.
