30 PM - Monday through Friday JOB FUNCTION (why does my job exist):
This position is responsible for directing and running day-to-day operations including production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
The primary focus of this role will be to manage production operations, however there may be situations where this position is asked to assist in office/sales strategy meetings.
The person in this role must have a strong mechanical aptitude and have a positive get it done attitude who likes fixing problems and moving quickly.
Job Mission:

The production side of the Woodburn location is running efficiently and cohesively.
Production is staffed with people who fit Ramco's culture and meet performance expectations.
All machines and equipment are running well.
The plant is turning out a consistent quality product on time.
The location manager can allocate his time away from managing production.
DUTIES AND ACTIVITIES (specific activities I will need to do to accomplish my job well):
Work closely with the location manager to cohesively lead and manage the Woodburn location.
Visit each department multiple times a day to monitor their operations and processes.
Regularly report to the location manager with problems, solutions, and strategies to improve.
Oversee machine setup and layout and help with equipment issues.
(This could mean working on machines, delegating the work to other employees or having another company work on he equipment.
Help mitigate conflict among employees / have meetings to solve problems.
